IA Cocktail Hour

Date: 24-May-07
City: Canberra ACT
Category: IA

The next Canberra IA Cocktail Hour is on Thursday 23 May 2007.

There are a few discussion topics planned:

  • Steve Collins has some planned Knowledge Worker 2.0 presentations
  • that he will outline
  • Matthew Hodgson's "Grand Unified Theory of the evolution of
  • information in taxonomic hierarchies" will be presented in a bit more
  • detail
  • While he is there, we are hoping to get Matthew Hodgson to update us on his Semantic Analysis project at Health and Ageing.

We follow a meet'n'greet/presentation/chat format, with the emphasis on information exchange at practitioner level. This is a great opportunity to talk with other IAs in Canberra, have a few drinks, and chat about work.

Time: 17:30-19:00
Day/Date: Thursday 23 May 2007
Venue: SMS Management & Technology
Ground Floor, 8 Brindabella Circuit
